Return / Exchange
We are always looking forward to give you the best of products at the best of prices and with the best of hopes! However if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.
- We accept returns/exchange of unused and undamaged items within 3-7 days of receipt of the order.
- At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us.
- The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
- Once you have raised a replacement request, our team will investigate and initiate the replacement process. You will receive an e-mail/sms advising you on the new order confirmation.
- We will not refund the custom duties, shipping cost, taxes, if applicable.
- While we are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchange of customized products.
